Brief Introduction to Production Line

The sand and gravel production line is a special production line equipment for the production of construction sand and stone materials. It can make rock, sand, gravel, river pebbles and other materials into various particle sizes that meet the requirements of construction sand. The sand made by the sand production line has uniform particle size and high compressive strength, which can improve the quality of construction. The mechanically produced sand and gravel production line equipment has the characteristics of reliable performance, reasonable design, convenient operation and high work efficiency.

During the working process of the sand and gravel production line, the large stones are evenly sent to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed stone is sent to cone crusher (or impact crusher) by belt conveyor. The crushed stone is sent to vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening, and the finished sand (under the screen) is sent from belt conveyor to sand washer for cleaning and then sent to the finished material pile by belt conveyor; large particles of stone (over-screen) are sent from belt conveyor to vertical impact crusher for fine crushing, and the finely crushed stone is sent to vibrating screen again by belt conveyor for sieving, thus forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles.
