Cement Clinker Grinding Plant

Description

The cement grinding plant, also called cement grinding station, is a cement product production unit formed by independently separating the final product stage in cement production. In this stage, the cement clinker is added to an appropriate amount of mixed materials for grinding to produce finished cement.

Most of the cement grinding stations are built near large and medium cities, that is, close to the cement sales market. Most of the cement admixtures are industrial waste residues produced in cities. The cement grinding station can greatly digest industrial waste residues such as slag, fly ash, slag, and coal gangue near the city. It is a green and environmentally friendly industry.

Process parameters

The new cement grinding station adopts pre-grinding technology, on the one hand, it reduces the particle size of the grinding material; on the other hand, it promotes cracks and defects inside the material particles, thereby greatly increasing the cement grinding output and reducing energy consumption.

The new cement grinding process includes: mixed material crushing, cement batching station, pre-grinding, high-fine grinding, fine powder separation, dust treatment, automatic control and other technologies, enabling cement production to achieve high yield, high quality and energy saving.

Process flow description

The cement grinding station provided by our factory has the advantages of simple process flow, convenient operation, less process equipment, less investment, power saving, environmental protection, and more mixed materials can be added. Cement grinding station process: material burdening→pre-grinding→grinding→powder separating→packaging

(1) Burdening system

Clinker, cement addition and gypsum are separately conveyed to material blending silo by conveying system (During cement grinding, cement additions, such as gypsum, furnace slag, are necessary.). Cement additions, compounded to certain portion, will be sent to cement mill for grinding.

(2) Pre-grinding system

Before entering the cement mill, the proportioned mixture (clinker, cement addition and gypsum) enters the crusher for crushing, and the particle size is less than 10mm, so as to improve the output and efficiency of the cement mill.

(3) Grinding system

The pre-grinded mixture (clinker, cement addition and gypsum) is sent to the cement mill for grinding by the belt conveyor, and the cement mill uses a high-efficiency fine powder mill.

(4) Powder separating system

The material after grinding by the cement mill enters the powder separator, the fine powder is sent to the cement silo by the air conveying chute and the elevator, and the coarse powder returns to the cement mill to continue grinding.

(5) Packaging system

Cement discharged from the bottom of cement silo, will be conveyed into packing machine. Packed cement will be conveyed to finished cement silo or truck by belt conveyor.
