Cement rotary kiln is a kind of rotary kiln specializing in cement processing. The cement rotary kiln currently produced is mainly a kind of equipment for paving the cement clinker dry process and wet process production lines. The cement rotary kiln is the main engine in cement production, commonly known as the "heart" of the cement factory. The cement rotary kiln can also be used in other fields, such as metallurgy, chemical industry, building refractories, environmental protection and other industries.
The rotary kiln is composed of a cylinder body, a supporting device, a supporting device with a blocking wheel, a transmission device, a movable kiln head, a kiln tail sealing device, a coal injection pipe device and other components.
Cement rotary kiln is used for cement clinker calcination. Cement clinker calcination is the process of calcining cement raw material into cement clinker at high temperature, which is an important production process in the cement manufacturing process "two grinding and one firing" ( raw material grinding, clinker calcining and cement grinding).
One end of the cement rotary kiln is high and the other end is low, high-end feeding, low-end discharging and fuel feeding, and the clinker calcination is completed in the kiln in the process of continuous rotation.
The material enters the kiln from the kiln tail (high end), and due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls along the axial and radial directions and gradually moves forward. The fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln head (low end) through the burner for combustion, and the heat is transferred to the material by radiation and conduction. During the movement of the material, a liquid phase is generated, and minerals such as tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate, and tetracalcium ferric aluminate are formed, and the sintering is completed to produce clinker, which is then discharged from the kiln head.
(1) The kiln body is rolled with 20g and Q235-B steel plates that guarantee five mechanical properties, and is usually welded by automatic welding. The wall thickness of the cylinder is generally 25mm, the firing zone is 32mm, and the bottom of the wheel is 65mm. There is a 38mm-thick transition section from the bottom of the wheel to the span, which makes the design of the cylinder more reasonable and ensures the cross-section. The rigidity improves the stress state of the support device. There is a kiln mouth guard plate with high temperature resistance and wear resistance at the discharge end of the cylinder. The gap between the tire and the backing plate of the cylinder is determined by the amount of thermal expansion. When the kiln is running normally, the tire can be properly sleeved on the cylinder to reduce the radial deformation of the cylinder.
(2) The transmission system uses a single transmission. The variable frequency motor drives the three-stage cylindrical gear reducer with a hard tooth surface, and then drives the open gear pair of the kiln. The transmission device adopts a rubber block coupling to increase the stability of the transmission. The auxiliary transmission device of the power supply can ensure that the kiln can still operate when the main power supply is interrupted, prevent the cylinder body from bending and facilitate maintenance.
(3) The seal of the kiln head adopts a double-layer flexible sealing device of shell air seal, labyrinth and spring rigid sheet. A moderate amount of cold air is blown into the bell mouth to cool the shield, and the cold air is heated and exhausted from the top. The cold air sleeve body is compressed by the overlapping heat-resistant spring steel sheets to ensure that the sealing effect can still be maintained when the kiln head cylinder body is slightly deflected.
(4) The kiln tail seal adopts steel sheet and graphite flexible seal. The device is simple and convenient to install and safe and reliable to use.
(5) Once the cement rotary kiln is turned on, it will keep running for 24 hours, and it only needs to be maintained for a certain period of time.
