How does a flotation machine work?

1. The aeration rate can be increased or decreased according to the demand and can be easily adjusted and kept constant, which is conducive to improving the processing capacity and separation index of the flotation machine; 

2. The impeller has no suction function, so the speed is low, the power consumption is small, and the brittle minerals are not easy to produce mud phenomenon.

3. Due to the large processing capacity and shallow tank, the power consumption per unit capacity is low. The disadvantage is that a set of compressed air system is needed, and the sand pump is used to lift the intermediate products back.
