One complete aggregate crushing plant is often composed of jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher, vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor.

jaw crusher usually is used for the primary crushing, and cone crusher is for the secondary crushing, but some changes will determine the chosen according to the hardness of the raw materials.

1. Our technical people will recommend cone crusher as the secondary crusher if the hardness is higher.

2. Impact crusher will be chosen for the secondary crusher by our customers if the hardness is lower.

There is one exception, that is for the brittle raw materials, we also recommend hammer crusher as the primary crushing, and impact crusher as the secondary crusher.
