There are 3 solutions for making sand.

1. Vibrating feeder + Jaw crusher + Cone crusher + Vibrating screen + Sand maker + Sand washer

2. Vibrating feeder + Jaw crusher + Impact crusher + Vibrating screen + Sand maker + Sand washer

3. Vibrating feeder + Jaw crusher + Fine jaw crusher + Vibrating screen + Sand maker + Sand washer

The stone after blasting from the mountain is sent to the vibrating feeder by dump truck.

Vibrating feeder evenly sends the stone to jaw crusher which carries out the first crushing (coarse crushing). The stone out from jaw crusher is then transported to cone crusher or impact crusher through the belt conveyor for secondary crushing (fine crushing).

The fine crushed materials are sent to the sand making machine by belt conveyor for fine crushing, and then the materials are divided into different sizes by vibrating screen.
