It is suitable for all circumstances that the common pressure filter of belt type (DY Type) can be used in and dehydration of compressible and fine sticking materials that need washing, with the productivity enhanced by 30 to 50%, water content in filter cake reduced by 5to 8%.

Vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum negative pressure as the driving force to achieve solid-liquid separation. And negative pressure formed at the filtrate outlet as the driving force for filtration.

Main working principle

Under the action of vacuum negative pressure, the liquid in the suspension is pumped away through the filter medium (filter cloth), while the solid particles are retained by the medium, thereby realizing the separation of liquid and solid.

It is the application of the surface filtration mechanism. When the liquid in the suspension flows to the filter medium, the solid particles larger than or similar to the pore size of the filter medium will first form an initial layer on the surface of the medium in a bridging manner. The pore channels are large, so that smaller particles are trapped, so the continuously deposited solid particles gradually form a filter cake with a certain thickness on the initial deposition layer.
